I purchased the book referenced by this post and it is wonderful! My enjoyment of Beddome began back in 1997 after hearing a lecture by Dr. Michael A. G. Haykin. Beddome was certainly a devoted servant of our Lord.

One example of his ability to communicate the truth is found on page 12 of the aforementioned volume:

"To know God out of Christ is to know him as an inexorable judge, an implacable enemy, or, as the Apostle expresses it, 'a consuming fire.'"

Thanks for pointing me to this work!

By the way, do you (or anyone) know who authored the brief memoir of Beddome in the front of the book? I do not see an author listed anywhere.

I forgot to ask but do you know if Beddome's other messages are available today?
